Saturday Sketch Challenge 8/27

Sister is finally out of the hospital!  We are so glad to have her home after a week and a half of back and forth to the hospital.

This week's sketch is the last one to be provided by our fearless leader, Carol.  Can you believe that she has been developing sketches for us for over two years???????  Thank you Carol for all you have done for us!!!  The Design Team will take turns from now on developing the sketches.   In honor of Carol, I have done a purple card (purple being her favorite color).  Love ya, Sistah!!!!

Here's my card:

Supplies:

Cardstock:  Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White, Flirtatious Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Concord Crush, Wisteria Wonder
Accessories:  White taffeta ribbon, clear rhinestone brads, rhinestones, Big Shot Circle Scallop die, 1 3/8" circle punch, Scallop circle punch.

You can see links for all the designers here at the UDI Blog or you can just skip on over to Tammy's Blog to see what she has created for us this week.  Have a great week and for all those in the path of Irene, I hope you are able to keep safe and dry!

Saturday Sketch Challenge 8/6

Really, it's August already????  I think the heat is effecting my brain, I can't believe how fast the year is passing!
Today is the UDI Saturday Sketch Challenge.  I love playing along with these challenges!!!!  You can see links to all the Designers over at the UDI Blog or just follow the link at the end of this post to skip to the next Designer!

Here's my card for this week!

I love this digital Designer Kit from My Digital Studio!!!  It reminds me of some of the quilts my grandmother did!  This is called Cheerful Treat and the sentiment is from the stamp set, Pedaling Past.

No just skip on over to see what Tammy created for us this week.  Have a great weekend and week!!!
