What a week! People up North are freezing, the people on the West Coast are nice and toasty as are the Floridians and here in Texas we are trying to please everyone with 80 degrees one day and 50 the next. Go figure!!! All of the changes in the weather along with the bloomin' Cedars have lots of people sneezing so I thought a cheery Get Well card was in order. Here is the Sketch for the Utah Divas International Saturday Sketch Challenge:
And here's my card:
Supplies:
Stamps: Sassy Salutations
Ink: Basic Black
Cardstock: Old Olive, Summer Smooches
Accessories: Designer Printed Brads, 1 3/4" Scallop Circle punch
To make the flower, I punched five scallops from the Summer Smooches paper, pierced the center and inserted the brad. I then scrunched all the layers up around the brad and then unfolded each layer and fluffed it up.
Be sure to check out the UDI Blog to see what the other Designers have made!! Have a wonderful week!
Oh so cute, Ruthie! Love the flower!
ReplyDeleteThe pollen count is crazy here in Florida, too!
