Good Things Card
Supplies:
Stamps: Tasteful Touches,
Corner Bouquet
Ink: Early Espresso
Cardstock: Early Espresso – two pieces; one piece cut to 8
½” x 5 ½” and scored at 4 ¼” and one piece cut to 2” x 4”
Very
Vanilla – two pieces; one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼” and one piece cut to 2” x 4”
Designer Series Paper
(DSP): In Good Taste (see photo for pattern used) – two
pieces; one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼” and one piece cut to ¾” x 4”
Accessories: Adhesive of choice, Tasteful Labels dies, Stamparatus,
Stampin’ Dimensionals, Gilded Gems
Directions:
Adhere
the ¾” x 4” piece of DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. Adhere this to the inside of the card. Use the Tasteful Labels dies to cut a label
from the 2” x 4” pieces of Very Vanilla and Early Espresso (see photo for label
shape used). Trim the Very Vanilla label
along the perforated edge. Use Early
Espresso ink to stamp the sentiment onto the Very Vanilla label. Adhere the Very Vanilla label to the Early
Espresso label. Use the Stamparatus and Early Espresso ink to stamp the largest
image from the Corner Bouquet set to the bottom corner of the 4” x 5 ¼” piece
of DSP. Repeat stamping to get the
desired depth of color. Adhere the
stamped 4” x 5 ¼” piece of DSP to the card front. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the
layered labels to the upper third of the card front. Finish off with Gilded Gems. Send to someone who makes the Good Things
better for you!
Hello Friend Card
Supplies:
Stamps: Touch of Ink
Ink: Basic Gray
Cardstock: Smoky Slate – two pieces; one piece cut to 8 ½”
x 5 ½” and scored at 4 ¼” and one piece cut to 2 ½” x 4:
Basic
White – three pieces; one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼” , one piece cut to 2 ½” x 4”
and one piece cut to 3 ¼” x 3 ¼:
Designer Series Paper
(DSP): In Good Taste (see
photo for patterns used) – two pieces; one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”, one piece
cut to ¾” x 4”
Stampin’ Blends: Light and Dark Mango Melody, Light and Dark
Just Jade, Dark Shaded Spruce, Dark Flirty Flamingo, Light Crumb Cake
Accessories: Adhesive of choice, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini
Glue Dots, Pearls, Daffodil Delight ¼” Ruched Ribbon, Tasteful Labels dies
Directions:
Adhere
the ¾” x 4” piece of DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock and
adhere to the inside of the card. Adhere
the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of DSP to the card front.
Use the Tasteful Labels dies to cut a label from the 2 ½” x 4” pieces of
Basic White and Smoky Slate (see photo for label shape used). Trim the Basic White label along the
perforated lines. Use Basic Gray to stamp
the floral image and the sentiment onto the Basic White label (see photo for
placement). Use the Light and Dark Mango
Melody and Dark Just Jade blends to color the flower. Adhere the colored Basic White Label to the
Smoky Slate label. Adhere to the card
front slightly to the left of center. Use
pearls for the centers of the two flowers.
Use Basic Gray ink to stamp the Hummingbird onto the 3 ¼” x 3 ¼” piece
of Basic White. Fussy cut the hummingbird
out. Use Stampin’ Blends to color the
hummingbird as follows: Light Just Jade
for the area around the eyes and the upper portion of the body, Dark Flirty
Flamingo for the throat, Light and Dark Just Jade and Dark Shaded Spruce for
the wings and tail feathers. Light Crumb
Cake for the underside of the body.
Adhere the colored hummingbird to the card front using Stampin’
Dimensionals. If desired, use a small
amount of glue at the end of the hummingbird’s beak to attach it to the center
of the largest flower. Tie a small bow
with the Daffodil Delight ¼” Ruched Ribbon and use a Mini Glue Dot to attach it
to the bottom right of the Basic White label.
