Use Night of Navy ink to stamp the sentiment onto the ¾” x 4” piece of Basic White cardstock.  Cut very close to the left and right sides of the sentiment.  Adhere the sentiment to the center of the card front (see photo for placement) using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Cut the Dachshund image in half (I promise no Dachshunds were harmed in the making of this card J) and use adhesive to adhere a half of the image to each side of the sentiment.  Use Memento ink to stamp the balloon and party hat images onto the 2 ½” x 2” piece of Basic White cardstock.  Fussy cut out the images.  Color the party had and the balloon using the Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends.  Color the pompom of the had with the Dark Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends.  Adhere the party hat to the Dachshund’s head using a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.  Use a regular Stampin’ Dimensional to adhere the balloon to the card front so that the end of the “string” of the balloon overlaps the Dachshund’s tail by about ¼”.  Tie the balloon to the Dachshund’s tail using the navy twine from the Well Suited Twine Combo pack.  Adhere the remaining piece of ¾” x 5 ¼” DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock and then adhere this piece to the inside of your card.  Send this to a Dachshund loving person having a birthday!!!
