These
cards were featured on my Facebook Live on May 9, 2021 and feature the Hand-Penned
Suite from Page 104 of the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog
Congratulations Card
Supplies:
Window
Sheet – one piece cut to 3” x 4”
Designer Series Paper
(DSP): Hand-Penned (see photo for patterns used)– seven pieces;
one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”, one piece cut to ¾” x 4” and five pieces cut to ½”
x 3”
1. Adhere the ¾” x 4”
piece of DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White, then adhere this whole
piece to the inside of the card base.
2. Adhere the 4” x 5 ¼”
piece of DSP to the front of the card base.
3. Use Memento ink to
stamp the “Congratulations” sentiment onto one of the ½” x 3” pieces of DSP (aligned
with the right edge)
4. Adhere the one of the ½” x 4” pieces of DSP
onto the Window Sheet leaving a ¼” border at the top. Adhere the remaining four strips leaving ¼”
between each strip with the strip containing the sentiment as the last strip at
the bottom.
5. Adhere a piece of
Adhesive Sheet to the back of the 3” x 4” piece of Basic White.
6. Use the Stampin’, Cut
& Emboss machine to cut the large floral die from the Penned Flowers Dies from
the 3” x 4” piece of Basic White.
7. Remove the backing from
the die cut piece and adhere the piece to the Window Sheet piece.
8. Use Stampin’
Dimensionals placed behind the strips of DSP on the Window Sheet to adhere the
piece to the card front.
9. Send this to one of

Thanks Card
Supplies:
Basic
White – two pieces; one piece cut to 3 1/3” x 6” and one piece cut to 1 7/8” x
5 ¼”
Designer Series Paper
(DSP):
Hand-Penned (see photo for patterns used) – Pattern One – one piece cut to 2 ½”
x 3 5/8”
Accessories: Adhesive of choice, Stampin’, Cut & Emboss
Machine, Penned Flowers Dies, Stitched So Sweetly Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals,
sticky note
1.
Adhere the 2” x 5 ¼” piece of pattern two DSP
to the inside right of the card base.
2.
Close
the flap of the card and adhere the ½” x 5 ¼” piece of pattern two DSP to the
right side of the flap.
3.
Adhere
¾” x 1 7/8” piece of pattern two DSP to the 1 7/8” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic
White. Adhere this piece to the inside
left of the card base.
4.
Cut
the largest of the rectangle dies in the Stitched So Sweetly Dies from the 3 ½”
x 4 ½” piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock
5.
Adhere
the 2 ½” x 3 5/8” piece of pattern one DSP to the Daffodil Delight
rectangle. Place adhesive on the back
left side of the rectangle and adhere it to the front flap on the card
base.
6.
Use
Memento ink to stamp the floral image (see photo for image used) onto the top
of the 3 1/2” x 6” piece of Basic White cardstock.
7.
Cut
out the image using the corresponding die from the Penned Flowers Dies and also
cut the second smallest rectangle of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies from the
bottom of the 3 1/2” x 6” piece of Basic White Cardstock.
8.
Use
Daffodil Delight ink to stamp the larger of the two flowers on the die cut
floral image.
9.
Use
Blushing Bride ink to stamp the smaller of the two flowers.
10.
Use
Mint Macaron to stamp the leaves (use a sticky note to mask the large flower
when stamping the leaves close to it).
11.
Use
the Dark Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends marker to color in the main image of the
stem.
12.
Use
Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the floral image to the Daffodil Delight panel
on the card front.
13.
Use
Memento ink to stamp the “Thanks” sentiment onto the Basic White
rectangle. Apply adhesive to the left
side of the back of this piece and tuck it under the floral image being careful
not to let it hang off of the right side of the card.
14. Send this card to someone who deserves a Thank you.
