Saturday Sketch Challenge 2/13

What a week!!!!! We have a foot of snow on the ground!! I'm 52 and this is the most snow I have seen here in Fort Worth in my life (and I've lived here since I was four). It was the best kind of snow, big fat flakes and perfect for snowmen. We didn't build one here at our house but the kids in neighborhoods around us had great fun. One neighbor even build a mini Igloo!!!

I'll have pictures later as my son (the real photographer) took the camera from here to Dallas today for pictures. However, I did manage to snag it from him to upload my card for today.

Today's sketch had a special challenge to use our least favorite colors. I have chose a piece of Designers Series Paper from the Razzleberry Lemonade pack. Everytime I look at this paper, I just don't want to use it BUT thanks to Carol's challenge, I kind of like how it turned out once I put it with some lighter colors. Hope you like it too! Be sure to check out the sketch and what the rest of the Design Team did over at the UDI Blog
