Ink:  Misty Moonlight
Cardstock:  Misty Moonlight – one piece cut to 8 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼” (Card Base)
Basic White – one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Pearlescent Specialty Paper – one piece cut to 4 ¼: x 5 ½”

Directions:

Adhere the ¾” x 4” piece of DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock.  Use Misty Moonlight ink to stamp the “I’m so happy I found you” sentiment on the right side directly above the ¾” piece of DSP.  Adhere to the inside of the card.  Cut out the largest die in the Seaside Shells Dies from the 4 ¼” x 5 ½” piece of Pearlescent Specialty Paper.  Place the die cut piece into the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder, lining up the images. Place the folder in the Stampin’, Cut and Emboss Machine and run through. Adhere the embossed die cut to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of DSP.  Set aside.  Use Misty Moonlight ink to stamp the “Friends are like Seashells….” sentiment about 1” from the left side of the 1 ¼” x 6” piece of Vellum cardstock.  Being careful not to smear the ink, quickly pour Clear Embossing Powder over the stamped sentiment, carefully removing any excess powder.  Use the Heat Tool to emboss the sentiment.  Adhere the sentiment to the DSP with the embossed die cut attached.  Wrap the edges of the vellum to the back of the DSP and secure with adhesive.  Adhere this whole piece to the card front.  Cut a 6” length of the white and silver twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo pack and tie around the right side of the vellum piece.  Send to a friend you are glad you found!

Supplies:

Stamps: Friends are Like Seashells
Ink:  Sahara Sand, Early Espresso
Cardstock:  Sahara Sand – one piece cut to 4 ¼” x 11” and scored at 5 ½” (card base)
Very Vanilla – two pieces cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Designer Series Paper (DSP): Sand and Sea (see photo for patterns used) – Pattern One – one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Pattern Two – one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Accessories:  Adhesive of choice, Stampin’, Cut and Emboss Machine, Seaside Seashells dies, Stamparatus, Seashells 3D Embossing Folder, Opal Rounds

Directions:

Place the largest die from the Seaside Shells dies with the cutting side down into the Stamparatus.  Place the coordinating stamps stamping side down into the corresponding openings in the die.

Close the Stamparatus plate and “pick up” the stamps.  Use Sahara Sand ink to stamp the images onto one of the 4” x 5 ¼” pieces of Very Vanilla cardstock.  Cut out the images using the large die.  Fussy cut around the shells.  (If you don’t have a Stamparatus you can just stamp the images onto the Very Vanilla cardstock and fussy cut them out).  Place the cut images into the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder, lining them up with their corresponding shapes (I used a tiny bit of adhesive to secure them in place to keep them from slipping.  Run the 3D Embossing Folder through the Stampin’, Cut and Emboss Machine.  You will now have embossed stamped seashells!  With the fold of the card base on the left hand side, adhere the Pattern One piece of DSP to the card front.  Tear the Pattern Two piece of DSP to create a ragged edge (tear towards you to avoid have any white show).  Adhere this piece at the bottom of the DSP on the card front (see picture for placement).  Adhere all but one of the seashells to the card front.  Use Early Espresso Ink to stamp the sentiment.  Apply Opal Rounds to the card front for some sparkle.  For the inside of the card, use the remaining half of the Pattern Two DSP, tearing the same as you did for the card front.  Adhere this to the remaining 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.  Adhere the remaining seashell on the left side of this piece and then use Early Espresso ink to stamp the sentiment.  Adhere this piece to the inside of the card.  Send to one of your Unique and Amazing friends!!!!
