Penguin Place Bundle and Little Delights Stamp Set as featured on Facebook Live, Sunday August 8, 2021

 

The following cards were featured on my Facebook Live on August 8, 2021 and feature Penguin Place Bundle featured on page 33 and the Little Delights stamp set featured on page 59 of the July – December 2021 Mini Catalog

 

 

Be Cool Card

(Thank you to Amy Koenders for the card design)



 

Supplies:
 
Stamps:  Penguin Place
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black
Cardstock:  Just Jade – one piece cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½” and scored at 4 ¼” for the card base (this is a top fold card)
Basic White – one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Designer Series Paper (DSP):  Penguin Playmates – One Penguin punched from the coordinating paper to the punch and four pieces (see photo for patterns used)
Pattern One – one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Pattern Two - one piece cut to ½” x 5 ½” and one piece cut to 2 ¾” x 4”
Pattern Three – one piece cut to ½” x 3 ½”
Accessories:  Adhesive of choice. Penguin Builder Punch, Banners Pick a Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals,

Directions: 

1.    Adhere the ½” x 5 ¼” piece of Pattern Two DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock.  Use Memento Ink to stamp the “Season’s Greetings” sentiment directly above the DSP on the right hand side of the cardstock and then adhere this piece to the inside of the card base.

2.    Adhere the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Pattern One DSP to the card front.

3.    Adhere the 2 ¾” x 4” piece of Pattern Two DSP to the card front (see photo for placement)

4.    Punch the Penguin using the Penguin Builder Punch from the coordinating sheet of DSP .Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the Penguin to the lower left corner of the card front.

5.    Use the Banners Pick a Punch to punch the end of the ½” x 3 ½” piece of Pattern Three DSP.  Use Memento ink to stamp the “Be Cool…” sentiment onto the banner close to the punched edge.  Adhere the banner to the card front sliding the left edge under the Penguin.

6.    Another Christmas card ready to go!

  

Merry Christmas Card 

 


Supplies:
 
Stamps:  Little Delights
Ink:  Shaded Spruce
Cardstock:  Just Jade – one piece cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½” and scored at 4 ¼” for the card base (this is a top fold card)
Basic White –one piece cut to 4” x 5 ¼”
Soft Seafoam – two pieces; one piece to 2 ¾” x 4 ½” and one piece cut to 1 ½” x 2 ¾”
Designer Series Paper (DSP):  Penguin Playmates –
Pattern One:   “Fussy cut” out one large Polar Bear w/Scarf
Patter Two - two pieces; one piece cut to 2 ½” x 4 ¼” and one piece cut to ½” x 5 ¼”: (see photo for pattern used – NOTE:  This is a one way pattern so be sure to cut in a Landscape orientation)
Accessories:  Adhesive of choice, Stampin’ Dimensionals
 
Directions: 

1.    Adhere the ½” x 5 ¼” piece of Pattern Two DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Basic White cardstock.  Use Shaded Spruce ink to stamp the “Ho, Ho, Ho” sentiment directly above the DSP on the right hand side of the cardstock.  Adhere this piece to the inside of the card base.

2.    Adhere the 2 ½” x 4 ¼” piece of Pattern Two DSP to the 2 ¾” x 4 ½” piece of Soft Seafoam cardstock and then adhere this piece to the card front (see photo for placement).

3.    Use Shaded Spruce ink to stamp the “Merry Christmas” sentiment onto the 1 ½” x 2 ¾” piece of Soft Seafoam cardstock.  Adhere this piece on top of the DSP on the card front (See photo for placement)

4.    Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the Polar Bear to the lower left corner of the card front (see photo for placement).

5.    And another Christmas card done!
